Training should always be simple and customized. Our technology allows us to keep things simple and 100% customized by measuring and tracking athletes progress in: technique, skill sets, strength, speed and power. No matter the age or sport, athletes must be efficient + effective at moving and controlling their body. Proper sport-specific training is the key.

ASSESSMENT

Skills Assessment

 

 

We start every athlete with a skills assessment to determine their posture, flexibility, balance, mobility, coordination, strength, power and    athletic skill level. This gives us the insight needed to provide answers, customize a training program to reduce injury and increase athleticism leading to better sport performance.  

 

Data allows us to build a unique anatomy profile about each individual athlete. The anatomy is the foundation to all athletic movement patterns. We want to understand each athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, muscular imbalances, and biomechanical tendencies. It’s important to identify how the athlete moves poorly and proficiently. This insight allows us to tailor training specific to the athlete’s needs. Data also allows us to track and monitor how the athlete is adapting to training and predict how they will perform in their sport.

 

Once we complete our initial baseline, we sit down with both the parents and athlete to explain the meaning behind the numbers. Highlight which numbers are most important, make projections for upcoming retests. We typically test athletes every 3-4 weeks to track progress.

Our training is geared toward developing next level sport-specific technique and skills for athletes between the ages of 9-18.

Parents, no matter the performance goal you’re seeking for your young athlete: run faster, jump higher, react quicker, move more athletically, or get stronger_ we will provide the right insight needed to make sure they have the most effective technique and skills needed to be more durable and dynamic in their sport.  

 

 

Training memberships

1x per wk / $340 per month, $85 per session / 4 training sessions  

2x per wk / $680 per month, $85 per session / 8 training sessions

3x per wk / $1020 per month $85 per session / 12 training sessions

CORRECTION

Injury Correction : Assess + Address

 

Injuries are a permanent problem in sports. For most parents and athletes, injuries are a very scary situation.

The key to dealing with sports injuries is having a proper assessment. Understanding how the injury happened, explaining the cause and effect behind the injury provides much needed answers.  

 

Once the assessment phase has been handled, customizing the injury correction process comes next. Knowing exactly which therapy techniques are most needed to get the muscles and joints to work together again, build the right type of flexibility, strength and speed of movement is key. Making sure the athlete feels strong, confident, and ready to return to their sport.

 

We use data to provide insight to help us educate parents and athletes about the injury, monitor progress and track the entire injury correction process. This allows us to get the most out of each session.

Ambrose Coleman has been a Kinesiologist for 24 years. During this time he's rehabbed, trained + analyzed 14,000+ athletes across almost every sport. The first twelve years of his career was spent in the clinical setting managing physical medicine departments for some of DFW's most prolific Orthopedics. 

In 2005, fed up by limited thinkers, and typical sports med practices, he decided to blaze his own path toward a more analytics-driven concept. He first opened Kinesiology Solutions in the Highland Park area to provide rehab and personal train athletes. At that time Kinesiology wasn't a household name, so instead of trying to explain to others what he did, his athletes would simply say go see my guy_ "go see Ambrose!" Now GOSEEAMBROSE is the place athletes get referred to once they are frustrated by typical doctors, chiros, physical therapists + personal trainers. Ambrose believes athletes aren't being analyzed properly leaving them answerless, frustrated + plagued by muscle imbalances, poor movement skills_                                                  This is why GO SEE Ambrose exists.
