This can done either over the phone or through text. Let's discuss what challenges your athlete is facing. Layout all the details and answer any questions to make sure we're all on the same page to help the athlete get play-ready and improve the way they play.

Meet our team and go through our testing
process to figure out what's working for the athlete and what needs work.

Once we understand what the athlete's needs are we can design a personalized training plan, setup a weekly training schedule tailored to meet the athlete's individual goals! In addition to the athlete's goal, we have a simple mission : build confidence, reduce injury risks and enhance athletic ability.
