Training
Training is an important part of being an athlete. It is imperative athletes personal train to develop efficient muscles, and learn how to move their body with proper technique. This is the blueprint for keeping athletes bodies pain-free, durable and dynamic giving them the opportunity to take their sports performance to the next level.
Therapy
Too often physical therapy is a slow, one-size-fits-all approach. Athletes are different than general population and require a more customized approach to rebuilding efficient muscle function and optimizing athletic movements after injury or surgery. We use sports technology to accurately analyze athletes movements using 3-D video motion capture, and force plates to measure strength, speed, coordination, mobility and power. This way we can customize every aspect of therapy to create the safest, faster results for athletes using numbers to show progress.
Recovery
Athletes are hard on their bodies. Time in the weight room, practices, lessons and competing will cause muscles and joints to become sore and stiff leaving the body feeling run down. This is where red light therapy, compression therapy and hydration therapy comes in! In 50 minutes, our athletic recovery technology will have athletes instantly recovered, feeling fresh, and recharged!! All athletes have to do, show up, relax and our technology will take care of the rest!!
The next step...
Book an athlete assessment for your athlete.
Follow our 3-step process.
1.
Let's discuss what challenges the athlete is facing. Gather every detail to make sure we have a clear understanding of what the athlete feel is holding them back.
2.
Now it's time to get to work! We'll begin our assessment and testing process to figure out what's working for the athlete and what needs work. We use data to outline strengths and weaknesses. This is the art and science behind personalizing the training, and rehab approach.
3.
Once we understand what the athlete's needs are we can design either a personalized training or rehab plan, setup a weekly schedule tailored to meet the athlete's individual goals! In addition to the athlete's goal, we have a simple mission : build confidence, prevent injury and enhance the speed of play for the athlete.

Everything starts with the assessment. Getting to know the athlete by understanding their personality, learning style, strengths, weaknesses, imbalances and movement behaviors. There's so much science involved in working with athletes.
We use 3D motion data to measure the athlete's posture, mobility, flexibility, balance, strength, footwork, agility, speed, and power to build a baseline. Nothing we do is random. Everything is based on numbers. This allows us to personalize training or therapy, and show progress.
It's important to us take to educate our parents, and athletes about what's working for the athlete, and what needs work. The athlete assessment is our single most important part of our training, and rehab approach because it eliminates guesswork, validates both performance struggles, and strength gains. Data provides accountability for both athletes and our decision making process.
