We begin with a comprehensive assessment of the athlete's current physical condition, analyzing muscular performance, coordination, neuromuscular strength and weakness ratios, biomechanical behavior patterns, ground reaction metrics, and personal goals. This individualized evaluation forms the foundation for a customized training program designed to meet your unique needs, overcome challenges, and help you either get back to normal or create a new normal—unlocking your highest athletic potential.
Step 2: Let Us Customize the Right Training Package for You
Based on the assessment data, we will recommend how often the athlete should train and design a customized program that targets their specific needs and goals. This personalized approach ensures every exercise and workout is highly effective, maximizing the athlete's progress and performance.

Coach Ambrose is a 24-year veteran in the athletic development field. His expertise has transformed over 14,000 athletes, spanning from elite special forces operators to professional golfers, Olympians, 5-star D1 recruits, and athletes at every level from elementary to high school. His credentials include: Formerly United States Navy Certified Athletic Trainer, Degree in Kinesiology, minor in Biomechanics, Member of International Society of Biomechanics in Sports, TPI Certified, Member of American College of Sports Medicine, Nationally Certified Exercise Physiologist, Nationally Certified Strength + Conditioning Specialist, Nationally Certified Sports Injury Specialist, Nationally Certified Speed + Agility Specialist, Internationally Certified Youth Fitness Level 1.
